Clients are responsible for their own health decisions and for communicating with their licensed healthcare providers regarding any medical concerns, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, lab results, or treatment plans.
Clients should consult their licensed healthcare provider before making changes related to nutrition, supplements, medications, hormones, medical treatment, exercise, or physical activity, especially if they have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, are taking medication, or are under medical supervision.

At FitNut Lifestyle Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality wellness education, coaching support, and digital resources designed to help clients improve consistency, structure, and sustainable wellness habits.
7-Day Refund Request Window
We offer a 7-day refund request window from the original purchase date.
To request a refund review, clients must contact our support team within 7 calendar days of purchase.
Refund requests are reviewed individually and are not automatically guaranteed.
After 7 days, all sales are considered final.
Eligible Refund Considerations
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Duplicate purchases occurred
- Technical access issues could not be resolved
- A program was purchased accidentally and no onboarding or program access was used
Approved refunds, if applicable, may be issued as:
- Partial refund
- Account credit
- Program transfer
- Alternative support option
Digital Products
Due to the digital nature of downloadable products and educational materials, digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided or materials have been delivered. This includes: PDFs, meal guides, templates, digital resources, educational downloads, video content.
Coaching Programs & Services
Coaching services reserve time, support, onboarding resources, and program access. Once coaching access, onboarding, or member materials have been delivered, coaching purchases become non-refundable.
Payment Plans
Clients enrolled in payment plans remain responsible for all scheduled payments associated with their selected program. Stopping participation does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations.
Membership Cancellations
Recurring memberships may be canceled before the next billing date to prevent future charges. Cancellation applies to future billing cycles only and does not refund prior payments.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, programs, coaching services, memberships, digital products, and related services.
By accessing this website or purchasing any product or service from FitNut Lifestyle Academy, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.
Agreement Priority / Prior Enrollments
These Terms & Conditions apply to website use and to purchases made on or after the Effective Date listed above, unless a separate signed client agreement states otherwise. Existing clients remain governed by the agreement, policies, payment terms, and program terms accepted at the time of enrollment. Website updates, marketing language, current offers, or revised policies do not retroactively modify, cancel, replace, or amend any previously signed agreement unless expressly agreed to in writing by FitNut Lifestyle Academy. In the event of any conflict between these website Terms & Conditions and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services or use this website. By using this website, you confirm that: You are legally able to enter into this agreement, The information you provide is accurate and complete, You will use the services lawfully and responsibly.
3. No Medical Advice
FitNut Lifestyle Academy does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services. The information provided through our website, coaching programs, digital materials, or communications is for educational and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any wellness, exercise, nutrition, or lifestyle program.
4. Results Disclaimer
Individual results vary. FitNut Lifestyle Academy does not guarantee: Specific weight loss, Physical transformation, Health outcomes, Financial outcomes, Performance results. Success depends on many individual factors, including participation, consistency, lifestyle habits, and personal effort.
5. Payments & Billing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and other approved payment processors. By completing a purchase, you authorize FitNut Lifestyle Academy to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, subscriptions, payment plans, taxes, and recurring charges associated with your purchase.
6. Payment Plans
If you enroll in a payment plan: You agree to complete all scheduled payments. Missed or failed payments may result in suspended access. Stopping participation does not cancel remaining payment obligations. FitNut Lifestyle Academy reserves the right to use reasonable collection efforts for unpaid balances.
7. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation rights vary by product, service, program, offer, applicable law, and signed agreement.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in a signed client agreement, all sales are final. Coaching programs, onboarding services, digital products, memberships, downloadable materials, completed services, and services where access has already been provided are non-refundable.
For online enrollments, if FitNut Lifestyle Academy is required under applicable Illinois law to provide a statutory cancellation period, the client may cancel within the time period required by law by providing written notice of cancellation to FitNut Lifestyle Academy at support@fitnutlifestyleacademy.com or through any online cancellation method expressly provided by FitNut Lifestyle Academy.
If a timely and valid statutory cancellation notice is received, FitNut Lifestyle Academy will issue any refund required by applicable law within the time period required by law. After the applicable statutory cancellation period expires, the program is non-cancellable and non-refundable, and the client remains responsible for all payment obligations under the applicable agreement, regardless of participation, usage, attendance, onboarding completion, coaching session attendance, check-in submission, or results.
Where a client has signed a separate client agreement, that signed agreement governs the client’s enrollment, refund rights, cancellation rights, payment obligations, and program terms. Current website Terms & Conditions, updated website language, marketing materials, promotional offers, or public-facing policies do not retroactively modify, cancel, replace, or supersede a previously signed client agreement unless expressly agreed to in writing by FitNut Lifestyle Academy.
8. Fixed Program Investment; Scheduled Payment Terms
FitNut Lifestyle Academy programs are sold as a fixed program investment, unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed agreement. The program is not a subscription, membership, gym membership, month-to-month service, or automatically renewing service.
Any monthly payments, scheduled payments, installment billing, EFT/ACH payments, card-on-file payments, third-party financing payments, or split-payment arrangements are payment methods toward the full program investment. They do not create a subscription, membership, automatic renewal, or cancel-anytime payment arrangement.
Client understands and agrees that selecting or being approved for scheduled payments does not change the total amount owed for the program. Client remains responsible for completing all scheduled payments according to the payment terms accepted at enrollment, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing by FitNut Lifestyle Academy.
Stopping participation, failing to use program materials, failing to attend coaching sessions, failing to complete onboarding, failing to submit check-ins, revoking EFT/ACH authorization, removing a payment method, disputing a payment, or requesting cancellation does not cancel the program, does not convert the program into a subscription or membership, and does not relieve Client of the remaining payment obligation under this Agreement.
If Client uses a third-party financing provider, including but not limited to Affirm, Klarna, Stripe-related financing options, or another approved provider, Client understands that the financing agreement is separate from FitNut Lifestyle Academy’s program agreement. Client remains responsible for the full program investment and any payment obligations accepted through the financing provider.
FitNut Lifestyle Academy does not automatically renew this Agreement. Any future program, renewal, extension, or additional service must be separately offered and accepted in writing.
9. Program Access
FitNut Lifestyle Academy grants customers a limited, non-transferable license to access purchased content and services for personal use only. You agree not to: Share account access, Reproduce materials, Redistribute content, Resell programs, Copy proprietary materials, Use content for commercial purposes without written permission. Unauthorized use may result in terminated access without refund.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, videos, materials, graphics, coaching systems, downloadable resources, and educational content are the property of FitNut Lifestyle Academy and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No portion of the website or materials may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.
11. User Conduct
You agree not to: Violate laws or regulations, Interfere with website functionality, Attempt unauthorized access, Submit false information, Harass staff or community members, Use the website fraudulently. FitNut Lifestyle Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.
12. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact FitNut Lifestyle Academy directly regarding billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes. We reserve the right to provide payment processors with purchase records, login activity, onboarding confirmations, customer communications, and proof of delivered services in response to disputes. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in terminated access to services.
13. Website Availability
We strive to maintain uninterrupted website and program availability but do not guarantee continuous access. FitNut Lifestyle Academy may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FitNut Lifestyle Academy shall not be liable for: Indirect damages, Consequential damages, Loss of profits, Personal injury, Business interruption, Data loss, Dissatisfaction with results. Your use of our website and services is at your own discretion and risk.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FitNut Lifestyle Academy, its owners, staff, affiliates, contractors, and partners from claims, damages, liabilities, expenses, or disputes arising from your use of the website or services.
