FitNut Lifestyle Academy does not intentionally collect biometric identifiers or biometric information such as fingerprints, voiceprints, retina or iris scans, or scans of hand or face geometry for identification or authentication purposes.
If clients voluntarily provide progress photos, those photos are used for coaching-related progress tracking and client support only. FitNut Lifestyle Academy does not use progress photos for facial recognition, biometric identification, biometric authentication, or face geometry analysis.
If FitNut Lifestyle Academy ever intends to collect biometric identifiers or biometric information in the future, we will provide a separate written notice, obtain any legally required consent, and maintain a biometric retention and destruction policy as required by applicable law.

FitNut Lifestyle Academy does not require genetic testing or genetic information to participate in our programs.
